1. Event Admission

Tickets grant entry to Vintage at the Factory for the date and time listed on your ticket.

  • Entry is $5 per person
  • Children 12 and under are free
  • Tickets may be purchased online or at the door (subject to capacity)

2. Ticket Policy

All ticket sales are final.

  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced
  • Your confirmation email serves as your ticket

3. Event Changes

Vintage at the Factory reserves the right to:

  • modify event details (time, vendors, layout, etc.)
  • reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances

In the event of cancellation, additional information will be provided regarding next steps.

4. Vendor Transactions

Vintage at the Factory hosts independent vendors.

  • All purchases made at the event are between you and the vendor
  • We are not responsible for vendor transactions, pricing, or product quality

5. Payment Methods

Vendors may accept various forms of payment including cash, credit, and digital payments such as Venmo. Payment options vary by vendor.

6. Entry & Conduct

By attending the event, you agree to:

  • follow all venue rules and staff instructions
  • behave respectfully toward vendors, staff, and other guests

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals for disruptive behavior.

7. Assumption of Risk

By attending the event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to:

  • crowded environments
  • interactions with other attendees

Vintage at the Factory is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages.

8. Photography & Media

By attending the event, you grant permission for your image or likeness to be used in photos or videos for promotional purposes.

9. Parking

Parking is free at The Factory. However, Vintage at the Factory is not responsible for any damage, loss, or incidents involving vehicles.

10. Website Use

By using this website, you agree not to:

  • misuse or interfere with the site
  • attempt unauthorized access
  • use content without permission
